I’ve taken this meal replacement bar for 4 days, my review as follow; 1. Tasty with cranberry fragrant, a little sweet and sour taste. 2. Meal replacement and easy carry, only feeling hungry after 4-hours, I’ll then take my lunch. 3. Good digestion, no matter what time I eat for the day will all be flush out. 4. I’ve once taken some rubbish food, I then run over toilet to flush out. My sharing experience to be continue..
